Ordering & Account
While you can browse our products as a guest, creating an account offers several benefits, including faster checkout, order history tracking, and exclusive offers.
Simply browse our products, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your shipping details and choose your payment method. Krushi Vikas will connect with you for order confirmation.
You can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately at +91 8000004423 or support@krushivikas.co.in with your order number to request a change or cancellation. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
After Krushi Vikas confirms your order and dispatches it, our third-party courier partner is responsible for sending SMS/WhatsApp updates to you with tracking details. You will receive a tracking link directly from them to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹500/-. For orders below ₹500/-, a nominal shipping fee will be applied (details on shipping fees are available during checkout and in our Shipping Policy).
Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Within Gujarat: 2-4 business days
- Metro Cities (Outside Gujarat): 3-6 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas (Outside Gujarat): 5-9 business days
- Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 7-12 business days These are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary.
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select PIN codes. An additional COD fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.
Krushi Vikas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or seems to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately. A clear and continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage claims. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes, and you may be responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to us.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if intimated within 2 working days of delivery. For other eligible returns, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. A parcel opening video is mandatory for all damage/defect/incorrect item claims. : Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours of approving your complaint/return. The amount will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Payments & Security
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders.
Yes, absolutely. All online payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Phonepe) that use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). We do not store your full credit card or bank details on our servers.
