We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery.
Customers must initiate a request within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: Item received is damaged or not functioning properly.
  • Incorrect Product: Item delivered is different from the order placed.
  • Unused Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.

❗ Any product that is used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.


3. Mandatory Proof for Claims (Anti-Fraud Protection)

To process any return/replacement request, the following is mandatory:

  • Parcel Opening Video: A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
  • Photos: Clear images of the product and packaging highlighting the issue.

❗ Claims without proper video proof will be rejected.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., seeds, organic products with limited shelf life)
  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video + photos
  3. Our team will verify and provide return instructions and address

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • Free Return: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Paid by Customer: For all other eligible returns

Customers must send the product via a reliable courier service.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Product returned and passed inspection
  • Damaged/defective/incorrect product (if replacement not chosen)
  • Valid order cancellation

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after approval
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
