- Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Krushi Vikas will connect with you for order confirmation.
- Shipping Communication & Tracking:
- We utilize third-party courier facilities to fulfill your orders.
- Once your order is dispatched, the third-party courier partner is responsible for sending SMS/WhatsApp updates to you regarding your shipment, including tracking details.
- While Krushi Vikas ensures your order is handed over to the courier promptly, all subsequent tracking communications will come directly from the courier partner.
- Shipping Options & Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and are approximate. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery may differ slightly depending on various factors (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, logistical issues, regional restrictions).
- Within Gujarat: 2-4 business days
- Metro Cities (Outside Gujarat): 3-6 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas (Outside Gujarat): 5-9 business days
- Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 7-12 business days
- Shipping Rates:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹500/-.
- For orders that total less than ₹500/-, a nominal shipping fee of will be applied.
- Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship within India.
- At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Krushi Vikas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- However, we are happy to assist you in resolving issues – please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and details. A parcel opening video is highly recommended for any damage claims.
- Incorrect Shipping Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at +91 8000004423. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
- However, once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes, and you may be responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to us.
