Krushi Vikas Return & Refund Policy

At Krushi Vikas, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements: We accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective.
• Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
• Unused & Original Condition: For any other eligible return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (if applicable) with all tags intact.
• Time Limit: You must intimate us about the issue within 2 of delivery. Items must be returned within 5-7 working days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items: The following items are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

• Perishable goods (e.g., certain seeds, organic products with limited shelf life – unless damaged/defective upon arrival).
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
• Any item not in its original condition, missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Clearance or final sale items (will be clearly marked on the product page).
• Products where specific hygiene or safety reasons apply (e.g., certain personal protective equipment for farming).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement Request: To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

• Provide Evidence (Mandatory):
  • Parcel Opening Video: A clear and continuous video of you opening the parcel is mandatory to process any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Without this video, we will be unable to process your claim.
  • Photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (if applicable), including its packaging.
• Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for the next steps, including the return address if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• The customer to our designated warehouse address must ship all returns. Please note that we generally do not offer reverse pickup services.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us.

5. Refund Policy: Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Returned Items: If you return an item in accordance with our Return Policy (see above), a refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item (No Replacement): If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect and you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may request a full refund instead.
• Cancellation: For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed as per our Order Cancellation Policy.

6. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Refunds will typically be processed within 24-48 hours of approving your complaint/return.

7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding returns or refunds, both parties (Krushi Vikas and the customer) will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably. This may involve further communication, providing additional information, or seeking mediation if necessary.
